For years, we have invited investors to participate in our construction mortgages through our associated mortgage fund available through the Nautical Lands Mortgage Investment Corporation (NLMIC). With our streamlined approach to investment, we bypass higher costs and
time delays associated with traditional forms of interim construction financing. This allows us to provide low-cost, flexible investment opportunities to all our investors.
